Business CreditScore Pro FAQs
Business CreditScore Pro is the best cost-effective way to manage the financial risk or health of your suppliers or and partners. It also helps you extend credit to potential new customers by first reviewing their Experian business credit scores. Under this bulk purchase plan you'll have access to up to 30 of Experian's U.S. CreditScore reports during each monthly cycle. These reports retail for $39.95 each.

Business CreditScore Pro provides up to 30 U.S. CreditScore reports per month (with a "Recommended Credit Limit" per location) at a fixed cost. Reports include a business credit score, payment history, collection filings, sales and employee counts (when available), and liens/judgments. Reports pulled under this plan are not enrolled in monitoring and future pulls of this report count against your monthly allotment.

Yes. You can access to up to 30 U.S. CreditScore reports during each of your monthly cycles. Business CreditScore Pro subscribers that reach and exceed the maximum number of 30 reports in a given month are then issued individual report prices thereafter.

The Business CreditScore Pro plan provides access to the standard Experian U.S. CreditScore report with an additional item listed as 'Recommended Credit Limit' intended for use by credit managers. The CreditScore report includes key business facts, the business credit score, legal filings (such as liens, judgments and bankruptcies), payment summary, collection information and UCC counts.

The basic Business CreditScore Pro plans provide access to the standard Experian U.S. CreditScore report (without trade payment detail/UCC detail/inquiry detail/corporate financial information). Each CreditScore report purchased under the plan includes a link at the bottom which will present the additional data for $15 more per report.

For monthly subscribers, as a general rule, we will renew your subscription on the same day of the month that the subscription was started. In cases where next month's renewal date doesn't exist (e.g. February 31st) we'll use the last day of that next month as the renewal date.

For annual subscribers, plans are charged by 8:00AM ET three days prior to their renewal dates.
Once logged in, you can see the status of your report pulls by going to the Dashboard page and looking at the section marked My Business CreditScore Pro subscription plan activity. At the bottom of that information pane you'll see a line that provides a count and reads similar to:
'12 of 30 reports pulled this monthly period. Monthly counters will reset on: 6/15/2021.'

No. Unused Business CreditScore Pro report requests do not get carried forward into future months.

No, the Business CreditScore Pro plan is limited to one user account per entity.
As a general rule, the answer is No. Credit card billing is the preferred method of payment.
Once logged in, receipts can be found by using the "My account" pulldown in our navigation bar; use the "My receipts" option from there.
The Business CreditScore Pro plan is available to online customers not currently under (i) an existing offline Experian Schedule for business credit services or (ii) an existing offline agreement with an Experian reseller for business credit services obtained from Experian.
